The Center for Pregnancy and Newborn Research (CPNR) is a multidisciplinary research center specializing in basic scientific and translational aspects of the health sciences as they apply to women before, during and after pregnancy, and to their children for life.
The CPNR is located in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and affiliated with the Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine. Members of the center include physiologists, molecular biologists, biochemists, cell biologists and physicians who have created a unique infrastructure utilizing clinical approaches, animal models, genomics, proteomics and other tools.
The CPNR provides a diverse training environment in which medical students, graduate students, residents and Maternal Fetal Medicine fellows may learn and study critical questions in womens health. For more details please click on the green Research menu link.
